Delivery Within the UAE

We offer delivery across all emirates in the United Arab Emirates.

• Standard delivery fee: AED 25 per order
• Free delivery: Available on orders of AED 199 or more
• Estimated delivery time: 1 business day

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, or after the daily order cut-off time may require additional processing time.

Delivery to GCC Countries

We deliver to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.

• Delivery fee: AED 60 per order
• Estimated delivery time: Up to 6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Customers will receive an order confirmation using the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

Please ensure that your name, phone number, emirate or country, area, and complete delivery address are entered correctly. Sheshine is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer information.

Customs and Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or delivery fee.

Delivery Attempts

The courier may contact the customer before delivery. If the customer is unavailable or provides incorrect contact or address information, delivery may be delayed, rescheduled, or subject to an additional delivery charge.
