Welcome to Sheshine. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sheshine website, products, services, and online store.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Sheshine

Sheshine is an online store offering jewelry, gold-plated accessories, bracelets, jewelry sets, jewelry boxes, and related products.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• You will use the website only for lawful personal shopping purposes

Customers who are not legally able to enter into a contract should use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, photographs, colors, prices, and availability information.

However:

• Product colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, and screen settings
• Minor variations may occur between handcrafted or manufactured items
• Product photographs may not represent exact scale
• Packaging may occasionally change without affecting the product itself

Customers should review the product description, included pieces, care instructions, and available options before purchasing.

We do not claim that products are made from solid gold unless this is clearly stated in the product description.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it. A product is reserved only after the order has been successfully submitted and payment has been confirmed where applicable.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable, we may:

• Contact the customer to offer an alternative
• Offer an exchange
• Cancel the affected item or order
• Issue an applicable refund

5. Prices and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the website are in UAE dirhams (AED).

Prices may be updated at any time before an order is placed. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed.

Delivery fees, customs charges, taxes, or other applicable costs may be added separately and will be shown where applicable before the order is completed.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, sale prices, and special offers:

• Are valid only for the stated period
• May be limited to selected products or customers
• May require a minimum order value
• Cannot normally be exchanged for cash
• May not be combined unless clearly stated
• May be withdrawn or corrected where an error or misuse is identified

If an offer is limited to online payment, it will not apply to cash-on-delivery orders unless expressly stated.

7. Orders

After placing an order, the customer may receive an electronic order acknowledgment.

This acknowledgment does not always mean that the order has been finally accepted. We may review the order before confirming or processing it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

• A product is unavailable
• Payment is declined or not completed
• Customer or delivery information is incomplete
• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
• A technical or pricing error has occurred
• The order cannot lawfully be fulfilled
• The customer has misused a promotion or website feature

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an applicable refund will be issued.

8. Payment

Available payment methods may include debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, or other methods displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Stripe’s services in the UAE are governed by its applicable regional legal terms.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that:

• Payment information is accurate
• The selected payment method is authorized
• Sufficient funds are available
• Any verification requested by the bank or payment provider is completed

Sheshine does not directly store complete card numbers or card security codes.

9. Payment Authorization and Fraud Prevention

Orders may be subject to identity, payment, and fraud-prevention checks.

We or our payment providers may decline, delay, or cancel a transaction where there are reasonable concerns regarding unauthorized use, fraud, payment risk, or inconsistent customer information.

The customer may be asked to provide additional verification before an order is processed.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping fees, destinations, estimated delivery times, and other delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Current delivery information includes:

• UAE delivery: AED 25 per order
• Free UAE delivery on orders of AED 199 or more
• Estimated UAE delivery: 1 business day
• GCC delivery: AED 60 per order
• Estimated GCC delivery: up to 6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, customs procedures, courier delays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.

11. Customs and Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, or processing fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or delivery fee.

The customer is responsible for complying with the import rules of the destination country.

12. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, defective products, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable UAE law. UAE consumer-protection rules provide protections concerning accurate information, contractual fairness, and defective or non-conforming goods.

13. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled only before it has been processed or handed to the courier.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled and must follow the return process described in our Return & Refund Policy.

We may cancel an order where fulfillment is impossible, unlawful, affected by a genuine error, or prevented by payment or stock issues.

14. Customer Accounts

Customers may be permitted to create an account or complete checkout as a guest.

When creating an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Protecting your password
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account
• Informing us promptly about suspected unauthorized use

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by circumstances for which we are legally responsible.

We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these terms.

Third-party names, payment logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

If customers submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, they confirm that:

If an error affects an order, we may contact the customer to confirm the corrected details or cancel and refund the affected order.

We will not intentionally enforce an obviously incorrect price resulting from a genuine technical or administrative mistake.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sheshine will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights and liability arising from fraud or intentional misconduct.

22. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, fraudulent activity, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms of Use.

This clause does not apply where the loss was caused by Sheshine or where limiting responsibility would violate applicable consumer law.

By using the website, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed for orders, payments, fraud prevention, delivery, customer support, and other legitimate business purposes described in that policy.

Changes will apply from the date they are published and will not improperly remove rights already acquired under a confirmed order.
